*Minimum of 2 night bookings over the weekend unless date requested is within 2 weeks.

**Weekly discount is approx 30% - Prices do not include GST, GST will not be charged.

Checking in Procedures

Arrival Time - 4.00 p.m. or after.
Departure Time - 11.00 a.m.

Balance of tariffs payable upon arrival.
Please note that a fully refundable $10 key deposit is also required.

Loyalty Cards

Fully transferable Loyalty Cards are issued to all our guests.
If you help spread the word about us, we’ll reward you with a two-night weekend stay to say thankyou.

Booking Conditions

Forward bookings are accepted for a maximum of twelve months ahead. When a reservation is made a deposit of 50% is to be paid within seven days. Balance is due upon arrival. If the accommodation is required within seven days of reservation, deposit must be paid immediately. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking (subject to law), and to cancel any reservation, if a deposit has not been received in the terms outlined above.
We also request that if you are arriving after 4pm that you let us know at approximately what time to expect you so as to ensure someone is here to greet you upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Before 14 days of arrival = refund in full less $20 booking fee.
Between 14 days and 3 days of booking = refund in full less $20 booking fee ONLY if guesthouse is relet.
Within 3 days of arrival = no refund
Refunds are NOT given to guests who don’t turn up.
No refunds or reductions, for early departures.

The owner reserves the right to cancel any booking, if a deposit is not received within 7 days of booking.

Note : Prices are subject to change without notice. However, all bookings will be honoured at the prices that were current at the time of booking.
